The reception operates 24 hours. Staff members were polite. I found the washing machine very useful. Its availability on each floor aided my laundry needs (I did a few loads). The beds were quite comfortable.

I found the location quite central. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The 24-hour concierge service proved very helpful. The laundry room provided an added bonus .
There was some street noise that could be heard. Additional information regarding the laundry and dryer would have been helpful. I also had to purchase detergent for laundry.

The hotel features a communal laundry facility on every floor, which I found particularly convenient. The kitchen in my suite was fully equipped for all my cooking needs. I appreciated these amenities .

While the hotel does not offer on-site breakfast, there are numerous restaurants nearby. I discovered Cerveceria Loredo around the corner. It serves tasty food at reasonable prices and is a great option.

the reception staff were helpful when i asked for directions.
The street noise was louder than i expected. also, i couldn't find an iron or ironing board in the room. This was a real inconvenience. i had to purchase detergent to use the laundry and dryer.
